4ESG Consulting
We are a young consultancy (since 2020) with ambitious and driven people who all bring their own expertise including business, IT, environmental and legal backgrounds. In this way we take a multidisciplinary approach to our projects, which is a key strength of our consultancy. Executing change projects in the field of sustainability, and sustainability-related laws and regulations, is our core business. Idealism and realism are values we consider important in this regard. We believe that clients strive for a sustainable world and take into account the sustainable ambitions and goals. On the other hand, we also recognise our clients' often limited time and capacity. We believe that by taking sustainable (ESG) factors into account, our clients achieve better results.

- Helping our clients define their sustainability ambitions and implementing them
Sustainable regulations
- Change management as a result of new regulations (SFDR, EU Taxonomy, CSRD, etc.) - bringing about organizational change whereby an organization's shortcomings are identified, innovation takes place, processes are made more efficient, and new and better systems are implemented.
As a junior/medior consultant you advise our clients from a multidisciplinary team. You will play an important role in the growth and development of our consultancy firm by collaborating on our assignments, writing articles and helping to think about how we organize the growth of the firm. Within our assignments, you will help write client policy documents, change processes, and help train our clients' staff on knowledge and skills.
Your profile
-
A master's degree in economics, law or business administration
- Affinity with sustainability and ESG
- Experience with EU Sustainable regulations (EU Taxonomy, SFDR, and CSRD) is a plus

Knowledge of capital markets, banks, asset managers and/or corporates is a plus

Excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and English

Good presentation and analytical skills
